This has become my all time favourite smoothie and a family favourite too..This has all the ingredients which will make your energetic and full for breakfast. it is a complete drink and is so delicious as well..

Ingredients for Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie
- Frozen Banana – 1
- Peanut Butter – 3 tbsp
- Soy Milk or Regular Milk – 1 to 2 cups
- Flax Seed Powder – 2 tbsp
- Sugar or Honey to taste
How to make Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie
- Take all ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.
- Pour it in glass and serve immediately.
