Quantum School of Law is organizing its 1st Edition of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Memorial National Youth Parliament 2022, from April 29 to 30, 2022.

About Quantum School of Law

Quantum University is a Private University in the North Indian state of Uttarakhand, India. The University was earlier known as Quantum Global Campus Roorkee. The University campus is located in the town of Roorkee with its corporate office in Dehradun.

Quantum School of Law offers the best law courses with various specializations. Based on their interest, students can independently choose their specializations in diverse fields like Civil Law, Corporate Law, Taxation Law, Labor Law, etc.

About the QSL Debating Society

Quantum School of Law, with an intention to develop young professionals into socially active adults took an initiative to formulate QSL Debating Society under the leadership of Dr. Brijendra Singh Director Quantum, School of Law.

The core agenda of this society to carve the habit of team work and to inculcate the idea of researcher in the students. QSL Debating Society operates on the motto “Holistic Learning”

Topics

 The topics for two days deliberation are: 

• Reforms in Rape laws with special reference to Marital Rape and Gender Neutrality of the existing rape laws
• Discussion on the Freedom of Speech and Expression with Special Emphasis on laws like Sedition, UAPA, and NSA

How to Register and Participate?

The Last date of Registration is April 15^th, 2022.

• The joining link of the competition will be shared only with the registered students later on.
• There is no cap on the number of students; any number of students can participate from a single University/College/School.

Fee: Rs 500/-

Awards and Prizes

• Best Delegate: Cash prize of Rs. 5000/- + e-Certificate of Merit
• High Commendation: Cash prize of Rs. 3000/- + e-Certificate of Merit
• Special Mention: Cash prize of Rs. 2000/- + e-Certificate of Merit
• All participants will receive e-Certificate of participation
