1. Dr. B.S. Goel Memorial National Moot Court Competition 2024 at IPEM Law Academy Ghaziabad

IPEM Law Academy is feels happy to announce that after Four National Moot Court Competition, Fifth Dr. B.S. Goel Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2024 is being organised on 31 st of August and 1st of September 2024. It aims to promote research skills, and analytical and critical thinking for a riveting clash of legal minds and to witness the art of persuasion in action.

  • Eligibility: All the Undergraduate Law students recognised by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate in this competition.
  • Last date of registration– 20th of June, 2024 ((11:59 P. M. IST))
  • Prizes:
    • The Winner and the Runner-up shall be awarded cash prize.
    • The Winning Team shall be awarded a cash prize of 20,000/-INR along with Certificates.
    • The Runner-ups Team shall be awarded a cash prize of 15,000/-INR along along with Certificates.
    • The Best Speaker shall be awarded a cash prize of 2500/-INR along with along with Certificates.

2. 6th International Arbitration Moot Competition by NMIMS Kirit P Mehta School of Law, Mumbai

The SVKM’s NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law’s 6th International Arbitration Moot 2024 is scheduled from 13th -15th September, 2024 on the theme of International Arbitration Law. The Proposition for this year has been drafted by Ms. Pooja Tidke, Senior Partner at Parinam Law Associates who leads the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice.

  • Eligibility: All students enrolled bona fide in an undergraduate i.e., 3 years/ 5 years and post graduate law programme conducted by any college or university shall be eligible for participation in the competition.

3. 12th UFYLC Ranka National Moot Court Competition 2024 at University Five Year Law College

The Ranka National Moot Court Competition, graciously hosted by the venerable University Five Year Law College in Jaipur, stands as a resounding tribute to the profound vision of the Ranka Public Charitable Trust was established in the year 1980 under the distinguished leadership of the Late Dr. N.M. Ranka, a Senior Advocate of great renown, this trust blazed a trail by introducing the concept of Moot Court Competitions to the legal landscape of Rajasthan.

  • Eligibility: The competition is open for bonafide students pursuing Five Year Integrated and Three Year LLB courses.
  • Closing Date of Registration: September 5, 2024.
  • Prizes:
    • Winning Team: The winning team will receive a trophy, certificate of excellence, and a
      cash prize of 21,000/-.
    • Runners-Up Award: The 1st runners-up will get a trophy, a certificate of excellence, and a cash prize of 11,000/-.

4. World Moot on International Law and Animal Rights at NALSAR, Hyderabad

The WMILAR combines traditional aspects of International Law (including, but not limited to, International Human Rights Law and International Environmental Law) with contemporary animal rights issues.

It does so through a mooting competition for law students and a two-pronged training course for law students and law teachers. These are held at the regional level in various bases worldwide, and competition winners from the regionals participate in the finals, held at the international level.

5. 4th KL Memorial National Moot Court Competition by KLEF College of Law

The Fourth KL Memorial National Moot Court Competition, hosted by KL University in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, invites law students from recognized institutions across the country to participate. This prestigious competition aims to refine students’ legal research, advocacy, and presentation abilities within a simulated court setting.

  • Eligibility: The Competition is open to all students enrolled bona fide on a regular basis in an undergraduate Law course (5 years Integrated Law course/3 Year L.L.B Course) or its equivalent conducted by any recognized Institution/College/University of any State.
  • Last Date for Registration: 01-07-2024
  • Fee: The registration fee for the competition is ₹ 2500/- (excluding food and lodging). For accommodation and food, the teams shortlisted for on-campus rounds, an amount of ₹1950/- (per day per team) will have to be paid. The registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable.
