Advocate Chevanan Mohan said that when he thanked the judge for the gesture this afternoon, Justice Subramaniam brushed it off saying he was merely saving the lawyers and staff a trip to the Aavin booth in the heat.
“I told him this gesture shows what a large hearted man he is. He just smiled and said that it is so hot, so why should we have to go all the way to the Aavin booth in the middle of the afternoon,” the lawyer said.
