The Court took note of the fact that the name and role assigned to the applicant by the prosecutrix was consistent, and the apprehension that the applicant may influence the investigation or tamper with evidence could not ruled out.
The single-judge also considered the nature of allegations of sexual and physical assault, which continued for a substantially long period of time.
“Looking to (sic) the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it a fit case for bail, hence, the bail application is rejected,” the Court ordered.
