‘Arbitrate in India’ is a key facet of ‘Make in India’: External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar

The Union Ministers were speaking at the inauguration of the Arbitration Bar of India (ABI) at the Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.

ABI is a body of individual practitioners who specialise in arbitration. It aims to provide human capital to other arbitration institutions.

Former Supreme Court judge Justice Hemant Gupta, Attorney General R Venkataramani, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta and ABI President Gourab Banerji were also present at the event.
