Special court judge Santhosh Gajanan Bhat allowed the bail application filed by Revanna on the condition that he execute a personal bond of ₹two lakh with two sureties.
The Court also imposed several conditions on such bail, including directing Revanna not to threaten witnesses or the complainant and the victim, not to tamper with evidence, to cooperate with the police probe, and to appear before the investigating officer twice on every second Sunday of the month.
The special court also directed Revanna to submit his passport before the court.
