However, the organisations refused to accept the suggestion for alternative route and moved single-judge Justice Sengupta.
The Court permitted the procession while making it clear that the number of participants in the rally will not exceed more than 200 persons.
“There shall be no provocative slogans against any community,” the judge ordered.
Further, the court has also suggested the State to take help of the Central Forces to ensure law and order in the State.
