Call for Book chapters are invited for Book titled as Exploring the Depths of Criminology in the Contemporary Era.

About the Editors

Mr. Surya Saxena is working as an Assistant Professor (SS) at the School of Law, UPES, Dehradun, Uttarakhand specializing in Corporate Laws and Dispute Resolution. Mr. Saxena has done his graduation from GGSIPU, New Delhi and Masters in Law from NLU, Jodhpur. Mr. Saxena has close to four years of experience in higher academia.

He has been an Assistant Professor at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, Department of Law. He also worked at the ICFAI University, Dehradun, and DME, Noida (Affiliated with GGSIPU, Delhi). He is a reviewer at ILI Law Review and has published books on various themes. He is pursuing his Ph.D. from GD Goenka University, Gurugram.

Dr. Keshav Madhav is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, UPES, Dehradun, Uttarakhand specializing in Family Laws and Constitutional Law. He is a law graduate from ICFAI University, Dehradun. He completed his LLM from Amity Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Noida. He has completed his Ph.D. from Radha Govind University, Jharkhand.

Mr. Arvind Singh Kushwaha holds the position of Assistant Professor at the School of Law, University Petroleum Energy Studies in Dehradun. Arvind was previously working as full time Senior Research Fellowship scholar at University of Delhi. He also possesses around two years of litigation experience in different courts of Delhi and Jaipur.

Mr. Arvind completed his Graduation in Law from the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi. He then went on to acquire Master’s Degree in Criminal Laws from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. He is also pursuing his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, India. Arvind is NET as well as SET qualified and also been awarded with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by the UGC.

Submission Guidelines

  • The sub-themes mentioned are broad indicative themes only. The Chapter will also be considered if connected with the theme of the book.
  • The abstract must not exceed 250-300 words and shall contain 4-5 keywords.
  • The word limit for the chapter is up to 4000- 6000 words (including footnotes).
  • The manuscript should contain footnotes. There should be no endnotes.
  • The ILI citation style must be followed.
  • Every contributor must attach a copy of the Plagiarism Report (Turnitin) at the time of full chapter submission. A chapter having more than a 15% similarity index shall not be accepted and shall be liable to be rejected.
  • Only original submissions will be accepted for publication. Manuscripts must not have been previously published or be submitted for publication elsewhere.
  • All manuscripts will be accepted based on a blind peer-review editorial process.
  • The book is scheduled to be published by Allahabad Law Agency.

Formatting Guideline

  • Font: Times New Roman, (with font size 12, line spacing of 1.5, and a Title in font size 14).
  • The tables and figures should be placed within the text, not at the end. The table and figures must be numbered as Table 1, Figure 1, etc.
