The ICFAI Law School is a significant segment of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, a deemed-to-be University, and its programs are recognized by the Bar Council of India.
About the Book
The edited book will include chapters on themes relating to the interplay between sports and Intellectual Property law. The book will cover various contemporary issues such as personality rights, ambush marketing, broadcasting rights etc.
The object of the book is to highlight the challenges faced in the sports sector concerning Intellectual Property rights and explore new avenues to protect Intellectual Property within the sports industry. The paper will be published in a book bearing ISBN.
About Call for Chapters
The Centre for Excellence in Intellectual Property Rights calls for original scholarly research papers/chapters primarily from academicians, researchers, scholars, and professionals. The students can contribute as co-author along with academicians, researchers, scholars, and professionals.

Submission Guidelines
- The body of the Manuscript shall be in Times New Roman with font size 12 and line spacing of 1.5, headings in font size 14 Bold, and footnotes in font size 10.
- Submissions must be made in .doc/.docx formats only.
- The submission should not be plagiarized, and free from grammatical, spelling and other errors.
- Full names of all the author(s) must be given.
- The cover page should include the Name, Designation, Address, E-mail ID, Contact number and the name of the College/University/organisation of the author and co-author.
- Citation to be followed: 20th Harvard Bluebook.
- The manuscript shall be sent together with Plagiarism Report (mandatory).
- No submission or publication fees.
- A copy of the book will be provided to each accepted author.
