The six Directors who will take over charge of the Club are Ajay Kumar Sawhney, Nalin Kohli, Kuljeet Singh Chahal, Kumar Rajesh Chandra, Malay Kumar Sinha and Ashish Verma.
The directors will take over charge from the administrator or any other person in-charge of the company and will report compliance to the NCLT.
