About IJLMS

The International Journal of Law and Management Studies (IJLMS) is a renowned law and management journal which aims to converge the gap between law and management studies. Established in 2016, it focuses on the interaction between law, legal research and management studies and covers all themes and topics within the fold of each domain as well as those which intersect the two, such as business laws, regulatory environment, corporate laws, FEMA and other areas which generate contributions on existing literature and research fora.

Call for Papers

The Editorial Board of International Journal of Law and Management Studies is calling for papers from any student, researcher, academician, practitioner, lawyer, or any other person interested in the area of law and management studies.

Theme of Submission

The submission topic can be of any area of interest in socio-legal studies apart from management and business studies. This includes very broad areas such as constitutional law, administrative law, corporate law, and commercial law, apart from business case studies and case comments on any of the above.

Submission Guidelines

We invite original, unpublished articles in the following categories

  • Articles & Research Papers – 5000 words; and
  • Case Studies & Case Comments – 3000 words.

The word limit is flexible, and we are open to publishing articles that exceed the limit if the contribution is original and valuable.

Open-Access / Publication Fee

All manuscripts, except if waived, are charged a Manuscript Processing Fee outlined below which must be paid after blind peer review of the Article. As part of the Early Bird Offer, we are offering the following fee to the contributors who submit their articles before July 20, 2024

  • Single-Authored Manuscript – INR 750 (Indian Authors) / USD 20 (Foreign Authors);
  • Co-Authored Manuscript (Upto 3 authors) – INR 1000 (Indian Authors) / USD 30 (Foreign Authors).

Articles submitted after July 20, 2024 would be charged the normal manuscript open-access fee i.e., Rs. 1000 for Single Authorship and Rs. 1200 for Co-Authors).

Fee Waiver

The Editorial Board would decide that Research Papers & Articles which meet the ‘Excellence’ quality standard of the Journal may be granted a Fee Reduction or Waiver for their articles, research papers, case comments or manuscripts.
