University Grants Commission (UGC) and NLU Delhi (NLUD) are inviting participation in the Colloquium on “New Criminal Laws: A Vision for Justice and Rule of Law”.

About NLU Delhi

The primary objective of the University is to evolve and impart comprehensive and interdisciplinary legal education that is socially relevant. Through this education, we aim to promote legal and ethical values and foster the rule of law and the objectives enshrined in the Constitution of India.

About UGC

The University Grants Commission is a statutory organization under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, established by an Act of Parliament in 1956 for the promotion and co-ordination of University education and for the determination and maintenance of standards of teaching, examination and research.

About the Event

The University Grants Commission and the National Law University Delhi are organising a Colloquium on “New Criminal Laws: A Vision for Justice and Rule of Law.” The colloquium shall feature three Panel Discussions on the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam.
