Parthasarathi graduated from Indian Law Society Law College, Pune in 2006 and earned his LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2007.
He focuses on public offerings of securities, including initial public offerings, qualified institutions placements, REIT, institutional placement programmes and foreign currency convertible bonds across various sectors.
He was associated with CAM for over 9 years and held the position of Partner – Regional Co-head Markets Practice (South) for a year.
