Delhi court takes cognisance of ED’s chargesheet against Arvind Kejriwal, AAP

Kejriwal was arrested by the ED on March 21. He was granted bail by the trial court but the order has been stayed by the High Court.

Just days later, he was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

The AAP National Convenor is currently in judicial custody in both the CBI and ED cases.
