Advocate Sidhant Kumar appeared for ANI and argued the platform was selectively allowing edits on the page of news agency.
“They have closed my (ANI’s) page for editing by anyone and can only be edited through their representatives,” the counsel submitted.
The Court at this stage said,
“At the end of day they are entitled to have their opinion whether they have backing of facts or not will be seen.”
It then proceeded to issue notice to Wikipedia.
