The BJD leader is accused of driving his car over a crowd of people resulting in injuries to many of them.
There was also a cross First Information Report (FIR) filed by Jagdev in the case, where he contended that out of twenty injured victims, two sustained grievous injuries and the others sustained only simple injuries.
Additionally, he stated that even those with serious injuries were out of the hospital.
