Senior Advocate Colin Gonsalves appearing for the petitioner pointed out on Friday that there were no recreation facilities at the detention camp.
“Even on deportation they have not clarified if Bangladesh has agreed (to take them) and it is voluntary,” he said.
The Bench called for a fresh report from the State government and the Legal Services Authority.
The Union government was asked to file a response on the status of deportation within 3 weeks.
The case will be taken up next on September 9.
