        About the Speaker

        Nipun Saxena is a practicing Advocate in the Supreme Court of India and also takes up matters in various High Courts throughout India.

        Alumnus of the prestigious National Law University Delhi, he has authored and contributed to various International and National publications of repute, and has also worked closely with the Criminal Justice Administration Reforms. 

        He was also associated with the Additional Solicitor General of India and worked extensively on various landmark judgments.

        Mr. Saxena frequently advises various individuals, and body corporates, Companies and Civil Societies, Firms, and associations on litigation strategies, critical legal issues, documentation, conveyancing, and general legal counseling, and renders his opinion on various legal matters.

        About the Moderator

        Samiksha Singh is practicing as a criminal litigator and has over 4 years of experience. She has worked extensively in the field on multiple high-profile cases with distinguished law luminaries such as Adv. Satish Maneshinde, Adv. Yug M. Chaudhry & Adv. Faisal Rizvi.

        Samiksha graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur, with Specialisation Honours in Criminal Laws and International Trade & Investment in 2019. Then, she completed her post-graduation in Criminal Laws in 2022. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in allied laws.

        Samiksha has always been inclined towards teaching and education. With over 8 years of teaching experience to CLAT Aspirants, she joined the Lawctopus Law School team as the Learning Manager.
