Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ujjawal Upadhyay today dismissed the plea under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure moved by advocate Hari Shankar Pandey, noting that no cognizable offence was made out against leaders as alleged in the plea.
The plea, which sought registration of FIR for hurting religious sentiments, was admitted on November 15, last year.
On January 31, the Court had reserved its order.
