The Bench was hearing appeals against Delhi High Court orders that had first stayed the bail in June 2023 and then adjourned the matter in May 2024 to be heard in July.
The Rouse Avenue Court had on June 17 last year granted Khurana bail in connection with a cryptocurrency scam. Justice Amit Mahajan of the Delhi High Court subsequently stayed the same on appeal by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
On May 22 this year, Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma kept the matter for hearing next on July 9.
