First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression
The First Day Formality is talking with Advocate Divanshu (founder of DGLC) who would take a short interview and discuss your law interest and previous internship and directly he will allot research points after explaining the case.
Main tasks
1) The main task involves researching the legal points.
2) Drafting a Case Brief and highlighting the issue.
3) Interacting with the Clients.
4) Drafting any other legal document whose format will be provided by sir, for example, a Notice, etc.
5) Proofreading Arbitration Claims and Counter-Claims.
Work environment
The work environment is friendly, sir takes into consideration the triviality of the issue. Everything I would say, the workplace, staff and my co-interns, and we were allowed to interact with Sir during the day considering his availability and free time. It was my honour to work under such an intellectual with higher values and ethics in life.
Good things
One of the best things about interning with Divanshu Sir is that once you perform well, Sir will give you free rein over matters. Once you prove yourself out there, you will become an intrinsic part of his chambers and believe me I mean it.
It means that your suggestion/arguments will not only be considered but will also find a place in his submissions to the court. This sort of encouragement will be so valuable to you during your internship.

I would highly recommend this internship as it will help one develop their academic and practical knowledge of the law.
