About the Organisation

Bisani Legal, a full-service law firm based in Jayanagar, Bangalore, is seeking three dynamic and experienced associates to join our litigation team. We specialize in various practice areas, including Matrimonial Disputes, Commercial Litigation, High Court matters, NCLT, DRT, Consumer Protection, Drafting Commercial Agreements, Intellectual Property, Information Technology, and International Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Litigation and Court Appearances:
  • Represent clients in matrimonial, commercial, and other litigation matters.
  • Appear in High Court, NCLT, DRT, and consumer forums.
• Drafting and Documentation:
  • Draft legal documents, agreements, and pleadings.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Advisory and Consultation:
  • Provide legal advice and consultation to clients on various legal matters.
  • Develop strategies for litigation and dispute resolution.
• Client Management:
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients.
  • Ensure effective communication and updates on case progress.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
  • Work with other team members on interdisciplinary legal matters.
  • Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base and training programs.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation.
• Location: Candidates residing in South Bangalore will be given preference.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada .
• Skills:
  • Strong drafting skills and experience in court appearances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
