About the Opportunity

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is hiring associates and assessment interns for their offices.

Mode

Physical.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: M.Tech/M.Sc. (preferable); B.Tech/B.Sc. Domain (in order of preference): Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science Engineering or any allied Engineering field.
  • Skills required/experience: Patent specification drafting (provisional and complete); Drafting of Responses to Examination reports and Post-hearing Written Submissions; Well-versed with the filing of patent applications and post-filing formalities at the Indian Patent Office; Assistance in hearing preparation and attendance; and Patent Litigation support.
  • PQE: 6 months to 1 year (for associate) Relevant Internships in the patents domain at IP firms with experience as mentioned in point 2 (for Assessment Intern).
