Roles & Responsibilities
- Critically analyzing the show cause notices/demand notices and researching the issues involved;
- Drafting reply to the show cause notice/demand notice and also drafting appeals to various appellate fora;
- Appearances before the department officers, and appellate authorities including Tribunals, High Courts & Supreme Court;
- Client handling;
- Willing to travel wherever required.
Eligibility Criteria
For Fresher
- Fresh Law Graduate from a premier Law School in India;
- Very good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, with an ability to interact with seniors and clients;
- Proficient in computer skills;
- Possess good research skills;
- Willing to work in Chennai and travel wherever required.
For Experienced
- Very good communication skills (both verbal and written);
- Good drafting skills;
- Possess good representative skills and willing to appear before various departments as well as appellate authorities, such as Tribunals & High Courts;
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;

Salary
Salary would be as paid in the field currently.
