Eligibility
- Graduate in Commerce / Law
- CS Inter (preferred)
- Knowledge of Powerpoint and Data Analysis
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum experience of 7 to 10 years
Responsibilities
- Issuance of Powers of Attorney and other related matters pertaining to the same, viz. drafting Minutes, Record-keeping of the PoAs, MIS, etc.
- Product License related work and interacting with concerned business / Ministry i.e. Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade and other administrative work related to the same
- Submitting Director-related KYC documents to Business / Departments for business purposes in accordance with compliance requirements
- Files Management for Dept.
- Day to day administrative work as required i.e. IEP5, Secretarial work.
- Managing work related to Delegation of Powers Committee
- Issuance of Product license and monitoring Monthly Production Returns submitted by factories
- Handling Statutory documents and Director related documents
