Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate should have degree in LL.B.
- Enrolment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Experience at BAR of handling criminal matters in Session Courts.
- Detail of important cases handled by the applicant advocates.
- A minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate is required for considering an Advocate for CBI Special Public Prosecutor (Subordinate Court), who have experience in handling criminal matters.
