State of Rajasthan told the Supreme Court that at present, it does not have a legislation to deal with conversion of persons from one religion to another.
However, it stated that “it is in the process of bringing its own legislation” and till that time it would adhere to the directions issued by the top court in relation to issues concerning religious conversion.
