However, from the facts of the case and the nature of offences alleged, the Court concluded that Palav deserved to be released on bail.
Accordingly, it granted anticipatory bail to Palav subject to payment of ₹15,000 as bail bond, in the event he is arrested.
However, the bench restrained him from travelling abroad without the Court’s permission and also directed him to be present at the police station as and when called upon.
