Not our job to define words in Preamble: Supreme Court dismisses PIL

The petitioner, Shivam Mishra, had contended that he does not understand the meaning of words like ‘fraternity’ and would be aggrieved if the relief was not granted.

The Court, however, stated that it did not understand the petitioner’s argument.

Aapke pleadings samaj nahi aate. (We don’t understand your pleadings) You have said that if we don’t give relief, you will be aggrieved,” it said.
