Maliwal is the Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament (MP) from AAP. She has alleged that she was assaulted by Kumar at Kejriwal’s residence.
As per the FIR, Kumar hit Maliwal in her chest, stomach and the pelvic area with legs.
AAP has countered allegations.
Some videos have also surfaced on social media showing Maliwal having an argument with the security personnel of her walking out of the Chief Minister residence.
