When the matter was taken up before the apex court today, counsel for the accused sought bail on account of the woman’s age, and argued that nothing was found in her possession.
Justice Ravikumar reminded the counsel that the woman is alleged to have been found carrying 500 gm of heroin.
Justice Karol added,
“Heroin finishes everything. It wipes away the younger generation completely. We cannot interfere right now.”
