About SIMATS
The Saveetha Medical and Educational Trust was created in 1986 mainly to provide medical relief, to promote Education and encourage Research. The Trust started a Saveetha Dental College and established an attached General Hospital in the year 1988.
Subsequently the Trust established a Nursing College, Physiotherapy College, Occupational Therapy College, Law College and an Engineering College in order to comply with our commitment and to serve the people, especially those living in Rural Village in and around Chennai and adjoining districts of Tamilnadu.

Saveetha School of Law, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) established in 2009 aims to strive for Quality Legal Education and maintain higher standards of Legal Research and Training.
The SSL is located close to the city in a serene atmosphere. We carry with us the vision of imparting excellence in legal education and our mission is to widen and nurture the intellectual faculty, leadership traits and personal development of young legal minds.

As athletes converge on the arena, the air is charged with the energy of ambition, the determination to break limits, and the shared commitment to uplift one another. YAAZHI, with its resounding theme, stands not just as a sports competition but as a celebration of the human spirit, a testament to what can be achieved when individuals come together to go faster, aim higher, become stronger, and stand united in the pursuit of greatness.
Eligibility
Any students (UG) students, currently enrolled in the recognised law school/college/university shall be eligible to participate.
