Hanchens Announces Business Expansion; Expands Presence In 10 New Cities

Hanchens- India’s ONLY Hyper-Local Express/ Same day and Safe Logistics platform has recently announced its extensive expansion plans after making a mark in Delhi – NCR. Starting from Gurugram, the company has built a strong presence in 8 more cities including Faridabad, Delhi, Sahibabad, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Lucknow, Jaipur, Rewari in a short span of 8 months.

Incepted in 2021, Hanchens solves the conventional challenges of highly fragmented logistics and supply chain. Considering the market landscape, the company’s state-of-the-art platform based on assured supply and PAN India presence supports aggregators, online players, D2C brands and new entrants looking for deliveries from the source of origin to the end-customer. Presently, Hanchens has a 150+ fleet size and planning to cross 600+ riders in the next 6 months. In addition, the company currently operates in Groceries, Daily Essentials, Poultry and plans to add Electronics, Pharmacy and more verticals in its business.

Commenting on the business expansion, Mr. Abhishek Kaushik, Co-Founder of Hanchens said, “Our foray into 10 more cities marks a milestone in the growth of Hanchens. It will be driven by building a presence in metro and non-metro cities. Furthermore, we never limit our deliveries to vehicle type as that totally depends on the product category and load that one needs to carry, hence we deliver on all types of vehicles ranging from 2/3/4 wheelers, further expanding to 12/14 ton trucks to start delivering inter-state as well.”

The company efficiently enables single-pick multi-drop, expands reach, opens serviceability in red zones, provides various delivery modes which is highly dependent on product category, load-carrying capacity and market landscape. As part of the expansion plans, it has added NPS cargo ARAI certified vehicles and L3/L5 EV’s. To cater to mid-mile, 12/14 Ton trucks are in its expansion plans that will be executed by this year end. Apart from this, addition of Electric Vehicles to its portfolio is done in a planned and phased manner as its highly dependant on the charging stations and infrastructure availability.

Hanchens is poised for exponential growth. In a short span of 8 months, the company has acquired a huge customer base across multiple regions. It has dispatched more than 1 Lac orders with a current MRR of 55K+ monthly orders, with a target to dispatch 0.25 million monthly orders and build presence in 25 cities in the next 6 months.

Currently, the company has collaborated with large aggregators and online retailers who look for assured supply. In the near future, the company will also extend add-on and other related services to its clients to enable omni-presence and easy avenues to acquire new markets and users such as opening micro-hubs and dark stores while at the same time aiming to create an E2E platform for all kind of logistic needs.

I chose to have a woman Co-founder and determined to get women to the forefront of mid and last mile logistics coupled with safety and respectable work conditions extended to them at all times.
