LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for Super Gaming and advised on deal structuring, due diligence, drafting, negotiation and finalization of deal documentation and assistance in closure.
SuperGaming, a Singapore headquartered company, and operating out of Pune, will use the funds to expand its team to over 200 within a year from 120 currently. In 2019, in a seed round, SuperGaming first raised $1.3 million from Dream Incubator, AET Fund (Akatsuki) and Better Capital.
