This bread pizza is one of the easiest recipe you could ever make. It taste so cheesy with the addition of cheese spread. The recipe taste so yummy when served hot. Perfect recipe to make with your kids. Kids will love this for sure.

Pizza is a favorite of many..But making it can be quite boring, because there are so many procedures for making it..You need do the dough, allow it to rest..then make the sauce and prepare the toppings and bake it…OH MAN lots of work..So I am with solution for all this and a superb dish to satisfy your pizza craving even in the mid night…Bread Pizza a quick solution for instant pizza..Kids will go crazy for this.
I used regular ketchup as a topping for it, you could use pizza sauce too..you can use any veggies of your choice, actually adding lots of veggies make it so filling and healthy for kids..I have showed two ways of making this pizza..One in oven and another one in tawa..I found that making this in tawa is way good, because of the crispier bottom layer..

Delicious bread pizza made in oven. This bread pizza needs bread, cheese spread and sauce. This is baked in oven till crispy and toast.
Pictorial:
1)Take bread slice
2)Spread some pizza sauce
3)Top with any veggies you like. I added capsicum. You can top with olives too.
4)Sprinkle some oregano
5)Sprinkle little chilli flakes
6)Now take your cheese spread
7)Spoon some dollop of it.
8)Spoon all over it.
9)Placed it in a greased baking pan.
10)Grill this for 5 mins.
11)Serve.
Stove Top Bread Pizza Recipe (with vegetables)
Bread pizza made on tawa. This is made with lots of vegetables and cheese. It is made easily in a tawa which taste so delicious.
Ingredients for Bread Pizza
Bread – 4 slices
Tomato Ketchup / Pizza Sauce – as needed
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Tomato – 1 finely chopped
Bell Pepper / Capsicum – 1 finely chopped ( I used Green & Yellow)
Mozarella Cheese – as needed grated
Oregano – a pinch
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive Oil as needed
How to Make Bread Pizza on Stove Top
- Mix onions, tomatoes, capsicum, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.Set this aside for a moment.
- Take the Bread slices and toast it either in a toaster or in a griddle pan. Remove this to a plate.
- Apply some ketchup over the toast and spoon some vegetable filling over this.
- Sprinkle lots of cheese and put it on a tawa and cover it with a lid..leave it for 2 mins on a low flame till the cheese melt and the bottom crisp up..
- You can do it on oven too..heat the oven to a broil mode on high temparature. place the toast on the top most rack and grill it for 2 mins till the cheese melts..
- Cut into wedges and serve..
