I made this recipe a while back and just now got time to post it. Many of you have been asking me to post recipe to put in lunchbox for kids and I can tell you this is perfect for that.This is a great recipe for leftover roti or chapati. I used my only carrot in this, but you could use any of your favourite vegetable like capsicum and cabbage.

How to Make Chapati Noodles
- Heat oil in a wok or kadai.
- Add onions and green chilli and fry for 3 mins.
- Add carrots and cook for 5 mins till they are half cooked.
- Add tomatoes..Cook this till it turn mushy, it will take around 5 mins.
- Season with salt, Add all spice powders and mix well.Add some soy sauce and mix well.
- Now add in cut up chapatti and mix well.Garnish with cilantro and serve hot or put in lunch box.

chop up your veggies |
