I made this recipe a while back and just now got time to post it. Many of you have been asking me to post recipe to put in lunchbox for kids and I can tell you this is perfect for that.This is a great recipe for leftover roti or chapati. I used my only carrot in this, but you could use any of your favourite vegetable like capsicum and cabbage.

How to Make Chapati Noodles

  1. Heat oil in a wok or kadai.
  2. Add onions and green chilli and fry for 3 mins.
  3. Add carrots and cook for 5 mins till they are half cooked.
  4. Add tomatoes..Cook this till it turn mushy, it will take around 5 mins.
  5. Season with salt, Add all spice powders and mix well.Add some soy sauce and mix well.
  6. Now add in cut up chapatti and mix well.Garnish with cilantro and serve hot or put in lunch box.
