Cone Dosa

This is one of my favourite way of enjoying regular dosa, it is fun and somehow it taste more delicious than normal dosa.

About this Recipe

Cone dosa is a popular South Indian breakfast item. Dosas are typically flat and circular in shape. However, in terms of cone dosa, it resembles a cone, particularly in shape, and thus differs from regular dosa only in technique, despite the fact that the taste of both is the same. A dosa is a thin (usually crispy) South Indian flat bread made from a fermented batter primarily composed of lentils and rice. Rice and black gram are the main ingredients, which are ground together in a fine, smooth batter with a dash of salt and fermented.

Ingredients for Cone Dosa Recipe :

Dosa Batter :
Dosa batter is a readily available batter used to make dosas from
urad dal, raw rice, and parboiled rice. These are soaked before being
ground into a batter that is fermented. Dosas are a popular South
Indian breakfast served throughout India.

Sugar:
When sugar caramelises on high heat, it browns the bottom of the
