Pancakes are my favourite..I make them mostly on Sunday, my 2 year little one loves it. But when i make pancakes for myself i love to make different version a try..Recently i made this pancake using whole wheat flour and flax seed powder and it tasted really yummy. The pancake is healthy and it was so good.

Ingredients for Flaxseed Pancakes Recipe

  • Whole Wheat Flour / Atta – 1 cup
  • Flax Seed Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Baking Powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Honey – 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Melted Butter or Oil – 2 tsp
  • Butter for making pancakes

How to make Eggless Flaxseed Pancakes

  1. Take wheat flour, flax seed powder, baking powder, salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add in milk, honey and butter and mix well to a smooth batter.
  3. Melt some butter in a nonstick pan, ladle some of the batter in.
  4. Cook on low heat for few sec. Flip over and cook on other side too.
  5. Remove to a plate.
  6. Serve with honey.
