Potato Salad Recipe
Potato salad is one of my favourite dish to make for my kids lunchbox. Not only it is tasty but it is very easy to put together and it stays fresh till lunchtime. I can make the salad a day in advance and store it in fridge and enjoy it whenever I want.

Potato salad is one dish which is filling, tasty and healthy as well. I didn’t vegetables like cucumber, celery, bell peppers makes the salad even more healthy. You could even add boiled eggs in the potato salad.

How to Make Potato Salad
Cooking Potatoes
Boil small potatoes in salted water till potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes. Peel the skin and cut it in half. Set aside.
Salad Dressing
Take mayo, mustard, garlic powder, honey, paprika and mix well.
Finishing Potato Salad
Add in potatoes and toss well. Add spring onions and serve.

Potato Salad Recipe Step by Step Pictures
1)Take mayonnaise in a bowl, add in mustard sauce. i used dijon mustard.
2)Add in garlic powder or freshly grated garlic.
3)Add in paprika. Sprinkle in chilli powder or chilli flakes.
4)Add in honey or maple syrup.
5)Mix well till creamy.
6)Add in boiled baby potatoes.
7)Mix well so the potatoes are coated in the sauce.
8)Add in spring onions and serve.
Tips & Tricks
