So excited to share with you all, Ministry of Curry’s top 10 most popular recipes of 2021! These are the recipes that you guys tried and enjoyed the most. All these winner recipes are comfort foods that are easy to make and are packed with authentic taste and flavors.

2021 was a year packed with many wonderful memories around the dinner table with our loved ones as we continued to cook and enjoy homemade meals.

Last year’s highlight for many of us was the meal planning! It allowed us to become more organized and efficient in our kitchen while reducing food wastage. Meal planning not only saves time but also money. With a little bit of meal prepping, cooking became simple, easy, and fun.

The top recipes of 2021 include the BEST Instant Pot Biryani’s and Mumbai Pav Bhaji cooked as a one-pot meal. New Recipes such as the no-fail Idli Batter and kid-friendly Hakka Noodles not only became an instant hit but also went viral on social media.

My Mom’s 21 ingredients Garam Masala once again made it to the top ten list! Cooking at home brought us so much love and comfort. 2021 also saw many of us reviving our traditional family recipes. I am grateful that my family’s heirloom recipes made it to your kitchen tables.
