This information was revealed by Union Minister of State (independent charge) for Law & Justice Arjun Ram Meghwal in response to a question posed in Parliament by Alappuzha Lok Sabha MP and Advocate AM Ariff.
Ariff, among other things, sought data on cases pending before various Constitution Benches of the Supreme Court, as well as a decade-wise list of cases heard and disposed of by Constitution Bench since the Court’s establishment.
