Warunjikar submitted that the suggestions given in the present writ petition shall enure to the benefit of all students and hence ought to be considered by the Universities as well as the State.
In view of this, the Bench directed the petitioners to submit their representation or agitate their grievances before the State for consideration.
The Director of Higher Education Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai was directed to grant a personal hearing to the petitioners on their grievances on June 16 to hear all suggestions of the petitioners.
With these directions, the writ petition was disposed of.
