Malik stated in his affidavit that the interviews and statements in the press conferences, against which Wankhede raised grievances, were merely to highlight the illegalities of the committed by central agencies through their officers.
He claimed that the present petition had been filed with an oblique motive to stop Malik from furnishing details of the illegalities committed by the officers of Central agencies, like Wankhede’s son.
