A Bench of Justice DY Chandrachud and Aniruddha Bose said that such conduct has to be met with harsh punishment.
“You were on duty! It has to be harsh punishment. You cannot be drunk on duty as border security force (personnel). There are some offences where we cannot interfere. Sorry,” remarked Justice Chandrachud.
