CARCIL of CNLU Patna is organizing a virtual Capacity Building Programme on Corporate and Insolvency Laws, scheduled to be held from January 26 to 30.

About the Programme

Chanakya National Law University, Patna under the aegis of Centre for Advanced Research on Corporate and Insolvency Laws (CARCIL) designed these 5 days Capacity Building Programme on the Corporate and Insolvency Laws with an objective to introduce the areas of Current Corporate Laws and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law regime in India. The Resource Persons are eminent Academicians and Industry Experts. These 5 days long programme will familiarise the participants to diverse areas of Corporate and Insolvency Laws and will also prepare them for future
advanced area of law.
