About the Journal
The IUP (ICFAI University Press) Publications, a division of the ICFAI Society, brings out a portfolio of publications to make the much-needed knowledge available to its readers. The portfolio consists of 27 journals in the niche areas of management, finance, economics, law, science & technology and arts & humanities, containing cutting-edge research papers in various domain areas and inter-disciplinary topics, interviews, case studies and book reviews.
IUP Law Review, a constituent of the IUP Publications Portfolio, is a ‘peer-reviewed’ journal published four times a year in January, April, July and October with editorial support from the Faculty of Law, ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad, a Deemed to be University, established under Section 3 of the UGC Act., focusing on various contemporary socio-legal aspects.
The journal is being published for more than a decade now and it reaches a large audience. It is listed in Cabell’s Directory. Besides the printed editions, a copy of the journal is available online on the website and is also made available digitally by EBSCO/Proquest Database.
The Editorial Board of the IUP Law Review comprises various eminent personalities from India and abroad including Prof. A. V. Narsimha Rao, Director, ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad as the Editor-in-Chief. The Board is currently inviting original and unpublished submissions for its Special Issue on Indirect Taxation (Issue No. 3 of Volume 14 of the Journal).
