1. The Boilers Bill, 2023 – Replaces the Boilers Act, 1923, which regulates steam-boilers.
2. The Provisional Collection of Taxes Bill, 2023 – Re-enacts the Provisional Collection of Taxes Bill, 1931
3. The Central Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Bill 2023 – Incorporates the recommendations of the GST Council made in its 52nd meeting on October 7, 2023.
4. The Government of Union Territories (Amendment) Bill, 2023 – Adds provisions to reserve seats for women in the Puducherry Legislative Assembly
5. The National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second (Amendment) Bill, 2023 – Extends the validity of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second Act, 2011, which protects certain forms of unauthorised developments in Delhi from punitive action, for three years, till 31 December, 2026.
6. The Central University (Amendment) Bill, 2023 – Establishes a Central Tribal University in Telangana.
7. The Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization (Amendment) Bill, 2023 – Reserves one-third of the total number of seats in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly for women)
