When the matter was called out, the bench of Justices Gupta and Mini Pushkarna noted that the bail matter had been partly heard by the bench of Justices Siddharth Mridul and Rajnish Bhatnagar.
In view of this, the present Bench directed the registry to place the matter before the predecessor bench led by Justice Mridul on Friday subject to the directions of the Chief Justice.
“On the order sheet it shows that it is a part heard matter before Justice Mridul and Justice Bhatnagar. List it before the same bench subject to order of the Chief Justice on Friday,” Justice Gupta said.
