Why this Course (from the course developer’s perspective)

When I was in law school, I was extremely passionate about litigation. However, the excitement and idealism I had were quickly challenged when I stepped into the courtroom for the first time. It became quite apparent to me that my academic knowledge had not adequately equipped me with the practical skills required to be an effective and efficient litigator. The intricacies of drafting petitions, plaints, and the nuances of court procedures seemed like a daunting puzzle.

It was at this time of my career that I wished I had a mentor/guide who could teach me the drafting of petitions, make me understand the complexities of court procedures, and provide practical insights into the art of argumentation.

Recognizing this challenge and the gap between legal education and real-life litigation, I decided to develop a course on Writs and PIL so that all of you don’t face this problem and can get ahead of get ahead in your career without wasting too much time.

This course has been designed to save you from the time-consuming process of self-learning and help you advance in your careers with a solid foundation in practical litigation skills!
